Preparing for Your First Day

To ensure a smooth start to your studies at Cambria College, it is essential to come prepared with all the necessary documents and materials. Below is a checklist to help you get ready:

✓ Ensure that you have met all outstanding pre-requisites for your program, such as required work experience or academic documents.

✓ Bring a laptop, as it will be necessary for attending classes, completing assignments, and participating in online learning activities.

✓ All international students must provide copies of their Study Permit, Co-op Work Permit (if applicable), and Visa to Cambria to be eligible to attend their studies and participate in a co-op work experience (if applicable). These documents are crucial for your enrollment and future work opportunities in Canada.

✓ If you are an international student, you must provide proof of health insurance coverage. Health insurance is mandatory and ensures that you have access to medical services if needed during your stay.

✓ All students must provide their Social Insurance Number (SIN), as it enables the institution to issue their T2202 Tuition and Enrolment Certificate for annual income tax filing.

Being well-prepared for your first day will allow you to settle in smoothly and focus on making the most of your learning experience at Cambria College.

At Cambria College, we believe that preparation, support, and a strong sense of community are the keys to student success. We encourage you to take advantage of the resources available to you and embrace the opportunities that come with being part of our college.

Welcome to Cambria College! We look forward to helping you achieve your academic and career goals.
